Ziki SlavZiki Slav


Ziki specializes in executing difficult transactions in a volatile environment.  He started his investment career on Wall-Street as a high-yield analyst with Wasserstein Perella & Co. (Institutional Investor All America Research Team), before moving on to Marathon Asset Management, a New York based hedge fund.  While at Marathon, Ziki participated in the bankruptcy restructuring of most major U.S. airlines, and served on several creditor committees.  In addition, he acquired close to 40 commercial aircraft, and executed various types of asset backed transactions, including direct lending and financing of pre-delivery payments as well as freighter conversions.


In 2009, Ziki founded SHZ Aviation LLC, and in the following year he co-founded Z/C Aviation Partners.  Through these partnerships, Ziki led the acquisition of 18 aircraft worth hundreds of millions of dollars, in addition to executing trades in airline bonds. Ziki holds an MBA (honors) in Analytic Finance from the University of Chicago, as well as degrees in Law and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.

Tal Yaacobi


Tal specialized in sourcing, structuring and executing private equity investments during his tenure as a Partner with Shamrock Israel Growth Fund, an affiliate of Shamrock Holdings of California Inc.


In Shamrock, Tal led several equity investments in the Israeli market as well as multinational transactions on behalf of portfolio companies, where he currently holds leadership positions on behalf of Shamrock. Since 2010 Tal has been an active board member of companies in variety of industries, such as private and public transportation, satellite communications services, sophisticated medical equipment and equipment and services distribution.


Prior to Shamrock Tal served for a number of years as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. in New York City, where he advised senior managers on corporate finance and strategy issues. He assisted both strategic and private equity investors along all M&A aspects, from choosing the right investment, conducting due diligence and implementing a merger.


Prior to that, Tal served as an accountant at Deloitte Israel. Tal is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA with distinction from the S.C Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
